Before your procedure
To arrange your procedure, your doctor will contact our admissions department.
Once your hospital stay has been arranged, a request for confirmation of treatment will be sent to your insurance provider, who must confirm to us that they are in agreement (no later than the day of your admission).
If you do not have additional insurance, you will need to pay a deposit upon arrival.
You will also be sent a confirmation of admission stating the date and time of your admission to the clinic, as well as a list of the various administrative documents to be returned to us in order to complete your file.
When you arrive at the clinic, we kindly ask you to bring:
- your identity document;
- your basic insurance card;
- your supplementary insurance policy;
- the admissions questionnaire.
